GBB Invest is going to revitalize „Bawełnianka” shopping mall with area of 23,000 sqm in Bełchatów

GBB Invest is currently finalizing the overtaking of the "Bawełnianka" shopping gallery, in the area of Bawełniana and Sienkiewicza streets in Bełchatów (Łódzkie Province). The new owner has announced the renovation and commercialization of an outlet with an area of 23,000 sqm and its putting to use in the second quarter of 2020.
According to court registers, the shareholders of GBB Invest are TG Capital, which has ties to Ulexite Company and the Invest House developer from Krakow and the company GRC Services, whose authorities are connected with Konieczny, Wierzbicki Kancelarnia Radców Prawnych.
Let us recall that in 2011, we informed about Mirbud being entrusted with the general contracting. The company was supposed to received 106 mln PLN. The developer of the complex was the Bawełnianka Company, and the design of the investment was prepared by Pallado Skupin. ■
