BDC Development prepares construction of an estate with 1,200 flats in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki

BDC Development, a subsidiary of Heritage Real Estate (HRE), is preparing construction of the "Warszawska Sky" multi-family residential complex on Warszawska Street in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki. The investment, which has been divided into four stages, is going to entail the construction of 1,200 flats with a total usable area of approx. 50,000 sqm. Construction works on the first stage, comprising a building with a height of 6-12 stories, with 275 flats with usable areas of 26-78 sqm each, are to begin in the 2nd quarter of this year and take approx. 2 years. ■
