Bedra Cichosz will design Allenort hotel complex

Bedra Cichosz Architekci has won a contest concerning the development of guidelines for a hotel-apartment complex with a usable area of approx. 23,000 sqm, which Allenort Group is planning to build at Kościuszki Square in Gdynia. Let us recall that last year in December, we reported that the enterprise, to be carried out on 0.9 ha of land, was to entail the construction of a building with four-star hotel apartments, with a spa section and a wellness zone with a swimming pool. The cost of the investment has been estimated at over 38 million PLN. The construction is being prepared by Affiliate Project, a subsidiary of Allenort Group. ■
