BEG-MTDI consortium designs multi-functional complex

The consortium of BEG Ingenierie Polska and MTDI Group is designing the Wilanów park shopping-service complex at the intersection of Przyczółkowa and Uprawna streets, Rzeczypospolitej Avenue and Karuzela Street in Warsaw-Wilanów for Ceertus. The enterprise is to entail the construction of a complex of mixed-use outlets (retail, services, hotel, offices, entertainment, gastronomy) on approx. 7 ha of land. The local spatial development plan, allowing for carrying out the investment, was established over the past few weeks. In 2014, we mentioned the plans of Morelia Investment, a company associated with Auchan Polska, concerning construction of a center with an area of approx. 30,000 sqm. The preliminary administrative procedures were conducted in 2010. ■
