Belzacka Pt Development is going to build residential complex with 250 flats in Piotrków Trybunalski

Belzacka Pt Development has commenced construction of the "Belzacka City Park" residential complex on Belzacka Street in Piotrków Trybunalski (Łódzkie Province). The 1st stage, which is to be put to use in April 2021, is going to entail the construction of a 7-story building with 118 flats sized 26-74 sqm each. The next building is going to have 139 flats. Construction works are being carried out by Usługi Budowlane Paweł Pierzak, and architectural documentation has been prepared by KR Projekt from Bydgoszcz. ■
