PB Besta will build for Victoria Dom a residential complex in Warsaw-Ursus with 280 apartments

In November, Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane Besta (PB Besta) commenced construction of the "Ursus Factory" multi-family residential complex on Traktorzystów Street in Warsaw-Ursus for Victoria Dom. Two 7-story buildings with a total of approx. 280 flats with usable area of 32-71 sqm each will be carried out on the basis of documentation prepared by HSH Projekty. The first stage, which will be finalized in the 1st quarter of 2019, will entail putting to use 100 flats. ■
