BGK is seeking contractor for modernization of office building with total area of 25,500 sqm in Warsaw

Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK), in collaboration with the Pieróg&Partnerzy law office, has issued a tender procedure concerning the general contracting for modernization and redevelopment of an office building at 7 Aleje Jerozolimskie Street in Warsaw, at the intersection with Nowy Świat Street. The works, based on a design developed by JEMS Architekci, will be carried out in a 7-story building (plus two underground levels) with a total area of 25,500 sqm (usable area of 13,600 sqm) and a cubature of 118,900 meters³. Offers with a deposit of 3 million PLN will be collected through February 2. The investment is to be carried out over a period of 28 months (2 years and 4 months). ■
