Bielawa commune is seeking contractor for sports complex

Bielawa commune (Dolnośląskie Province) has issued a tender procedure, concerning construction of the Active Tourism Center in the area of Piłsudskiego and Wesoła streets. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a complex with net area of 6,400 sqm and a cubature of 68,900 meters³, housing a multi-functional hall and accommodation and catering facilities. The complex is going to be connected to the Aquarius Municipal Swimming Pool. Offers with a deposit of 400,000 PLN will be collected through November 15. The investment, the value of which has been estimated at 60 million PLN, is to take 30 months (2.5 years). ■
