BiG is building shopping center in Górka in collaboration with Acteeum

BiG Shopping Centers is the partner of Acteeum Group on the construction of the "Big Ostróda" shopping center in Górka near Ostróda (Warmińsko-Mazurskie Province). This year in August, we reported that the general contractorship of the complex was entrusted to Mirbud. The enterprise, to be carried out in stages near the "Ostróda Południe" (Ostróda South) road junction, is to entail the construction of a complex with usable area of 30,000 sqm, including a retail park, grocery and DIY superstores, drive-thru restaurant, and a catering and service section. This year in March, we wrote that BiG Shopping Centers is going to build a shopping center with an area of 13,000 sqm in Olkusz in collaboration with BOIG. BiG Shopping Centers group is operating in Poland e.g. via AFI Management (AFI Properties). ■
