BIN 2 is collaborating on construction of Q Hotel Plus

BIN 2 is the construction manager during construction of a hotel on Karkonoska Avenue and Szwedzka Street in Bielany Wrocławskie (Dolnośląskie Province) for a subsidiary of Q Hotel. The enterprise is going to entail construction of a building (over 19,000 sqm and approx. 73,000 meters³) with 209 rooms and 3,700 sqm of conference space. Design of the investment, which we initially mentioned last year in March, has been prepared by Kazimierski i Ryba, while the interiors are being carried out according to a concept by M.O.T. Studio Arch. Andrzej Chrobak. The works are scheduled to be finalized in the 1st quarter of 2021. ■
