BIN will built for Panattoni logistics center with area of 30,000 sqm in Częstochowa

BIN Biuro Inżynierskie is going to serve as the general contractor of the Panattoni Park Częstochowa complex, which Panattoni Europe is going to build in Częstochowa (Śląskie Province). The enterprise, located near the Częstochowa Park of Science-Technology in the area of Legionów and Odlewników streets, is going to consist of a complex of two warehouses with a total area of 30,400 sqm (23,100 sqm and 7,300 sqm). The first modules are going to be made available to the tenants in February of next year. Works on the documentation of the investment were carried out by, among others, architect Leszek Marszałek from the Spart Studio Project. ■
