Bongoinwest will build 700 apartments in Wadowice

Bongoinwest, a company associated with Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Inwestycyjnych "Inwado" (Enterprise of Investment Services "Inwado"), is beginning construction of the Osiedle Podhalanin residential complex on the former military property on Wojska Polskiego Street in Wadowice (Małopolskie Voivodeship). The first stage, which is to be completed in 2019, concerns the construction of two buildings with 75 flats with usable areas of 25-120 sqm each. The whole complex, the documentation of which is being prepared by the local architectural office JW Projekt Jakub Wajdzik, will entail putting to use approx. 700 apartments. ■
