Borkowicz Architekt is going to design multi-functional complex

Vastint Poland has entrusted architect Przemysław Borkowicz (Borkowicz Architekt, formerly Studio ADS) with the design and general contractorship of the multi-functional complex, planned on the premises of the so-called Old Slaughterhouse in the area of Garbary, Grochowe Łąki and Północna streets. The works are going to be carried out with the cooperation of UGO Architecture and Jeju Studio. The investment is going to consist of the construction of a complex of outlets with a total area of approx. 70,000 sqm, serving retail, art-exhibition, hotel, office and residential functions. Let us recall that in November 2017 we informed about Garbary choosing Vastint as the buyer of the property with an area of 5.5 ha. ■
