BPBP will carry out Oubb Offices office-service building in Bielsko-Biała

Bielskie Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Przemysłowego (BPBP) is going to carry out the Qubb Offices office-service complex at 94 Bystrzańska Street in Bielsko-Biała (Śląskie Province). for Qubb Investment. Let us recall that we have reported in PREM that the design of the building was entrusted to Archetype Management. The enterprise, to be carried out on a lot with an area of 3,900 sqm, is going to entail the construction of a 4-story, A-class building with a net area of 3,700 sqm and an underground parking garage for 37 cars. The investment is to take approx. 2 years. ■
