BPBP will build Mercure Szczyrk Resort

Beskid Resort Properties (formerly CKiR Orle Gniazdo) is going to build the Mercure Szczyrk Resort hotel complex on Wrzosowa Street in Szczyrk (Śląskie Province). The complex with a total area of 35,000 sqm, with 453 hotel rooms, 4,000 sqm of conference and exhibition space, 2,300 sqm of catering space, and spa, rehabilitation and swimming pool facilities (2,000 sqm), will be built by redeveloping the "Orle Gniazdo" center. The complex is also going to include parking lots for 453 vehicles. The investor has recently signed a franchise agreement with Accor Group. The investment will be managed by Hotel Professionals, and the general contractor is going to be Bielskie Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Przemysłowego (BPBP). The works are scheduled to be finalized at the turn of 2023/24. ■
