BPI RE has purchased property for multifunctional complex

BPI Real Estate has purchased a property with an area of approx. 5.5 ha, located in the area of Matejki, Grunwaldzka and Ułańska streets in Poznań, from MTP (International Fairs Poznań). The property can be used for office and residential development. The development concept of the transaction was 114.5 mln PLN. The development concept of the property was prepared for MTP by CDF Architekci. Let us recall that in January of last year we informed about MTP's plans for the construction of a complex of three office buildings in the area of Grunwaldzka, Bukowska, Roosevelta and Głogowska streets. Meanwhile, in July 2013 we wrote that A.N.I. PP was collaborating with MTP on the acquisition of administrative permits for the construction of a residential complex in the area of Grunwaldzka, Ułańska and Matejki streets. A total of 14 multi-family outlets with approx. 600 units were planned to be put to use there. ■
