Bremer will build production-warehouse outlet with area of ca. 13,000 sqm in Zaczernie near Rzeszów for 7R

Bremer company has become the general contractor of a production-warehouse hall with an office-social section, which is going to be built as part of the 7R Rzeszów Lotnisko complex in Zaczernie, a commune of Trzebownisko (Podkarpackie Province). The investment is going to pertain to the construction of a building with a cubature of approx. 12,700 sqm. Let us recall that in July of this year, we informed about the purchase by 7R from Gardner Aerospace of a property with an area of over 2.6 ha for the construction of a logistics center in Trzebownisko. Meanwhile, in May of last year we wrote about 7R entrusting Bremer with the contracting of the 7R Park Rzeszów logistics complex, along the S19 express road and DK94 in Rzeszów. The enterprise is going to consist of the construction of two halls with a total area of 56,000 sqm. ■
