Bremer as general contractor for logistics center in Skawina

Bremer Polska, acting as the general contractor, is executing the expansion of the MDC² Park Kraków South logistics and warehouse complex in Skawina (Lesser Poland Voivodeship), located along National Road No. 44, approximately 2 km from the A4 motorway junction. The project involves the construction of a third warehouse facility with an area of nearly 36,000 m². Upon completion, the total area of the park will amount to 83,000 m². The development is led by MDC², while the investor and owner of the facilities is Generali Real Estate, one of the world's largest asset management funds. It was recently announced that InPost has signed a lease agreement with MDC² for an 11,000 m² unit within the MDC² Park Kraków South complex. ■
