Hillwood will build logistics center with area of approx. 50,000 sqm in Mysłowice in collaboration with Blue Axes

At the end of March, a subsidiary of Hillwood Polska applied for a construction permit for the "Hillwood Mysłowice" logistics center on Mikołowska Street in Mysłowice. The enterprise will entail the construction of two warehouses with a total area of approx. 49,000 sqm. The investment's architectural partner is Blue Axes. Let us recall that in December 2019, we reported that Optirem, owner of an 11-hectare property on Mikołowska Street, was conducting administrative procedures for the construction of the "Hillwood Mysłowice" logistics center. ■
