Bremer is building warehouse facility in Skawina for MDC2

Bremer is the contractor of a production-warehouse building, which MDC2 is building in Skawina (Małopolskie Province). The enterprise will entail the construction of a building with an area of over 35,000 sqm. Let us recall that last year in May, we reported that MDC2 was planning the 2nd stage of the Skawina 2 BIG logistics center in Skawina. Meanwhile, in February 2022, we wrote that MDC2 was conducting preparations for the construction of the first building (approx. 30,000 sqm). The investments are to be carried out on properties with an area of 6.5 ha. ■
