Bremer is going to build LPP logistics center

Bremer is the general contractor of the logistics-distribution center that LPP is going to build in Machnacz near Brześć Kujawski (Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province). The enterprise, which we wrote about in July 2018, is going to consist of the construction of a complex of outlets with a total area of 75,000 sqm, 65,000 sqm of which is going to be taken up by the warehouse section and 10,000 sqm by the office-social section. Works are scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2021. Let us recall that architects from the Ferma Kressek workshop collaborated during preparatory procedures in the Brześć Special Economic Zone. ■
