Bremer will erect for Prologis a warehouse-production hall in Łódź. During 6 months a bulding with an area of with area of 16,400 sqm is going to be constructed. Let us recall that in February of this year we informed about plans for the construction by Prologis Poland of the Prologis Park Łódź complex in the area of Informatyczna and Alei Ofiar Terroryzmu 11 Września streets in Łódź. The investment consists of the construction of a complex of halls with a total area of 93,000 sqm. The developer collaborated with ASP Kwadrat Grzegorz Wojewódka on administrative procedures for the investment. ■
