Budecon has offered to carry out office building for 24 million PLN

Budecon offered the lowest price (24.2 million PLN gross) in a tender concerning the construction of a guardhouse for the Municipal Headquarters of the National Fire Service (KM PSP) on Łużycka Street in Bytom (Śląskie Province). The other bidders in the tender are: Riser (24.6 million PLN), Dombud (24.7 million PLN), Mostostal Zabrze (25.2 million PLN) and Jaekel Bud-Tech (26.6 million PLN). The enterprise, based on documentation prepared by Przedsiębiorstwo Spółdzielcze Budoprojekt, is going to entail construction of a building with a usable area of 3,700 sqm and a cubature of 19,900 meters³. The investment is to be carried out by the end of 2020. ■
