
Fabryka Pełna Życia (FPŻ) has signed a contract with P.I.B. Budecon for the implementation of the second stage of the "Fabryka Pełna Życia – Entrepreneurship Center" project in Dąbrowa Górnicza (Silesian Voivodeship), at Kościuszki Street. The contract value amounts to PLN 63 million. The investment involves the adaptation of the post-industrial buildings H3, H4, and H7 for commercial and service purposes. This stage will include the construction of the "Ząbkowice" hall, intended for gastronomic and retail functions, the "Reden" passage, featuring exhibition and museum space, and the "Zielona" hall, a former boiler house that will be transformed into a gastronomic and service facility with a green façade. The project will incorporate eco-friendly solutions, such as green roofs, photovoltaic panels, rain gardens, and water retention systems. The works are scheduled to last 21 months, with completion expected in July 2027. In the tender procedure, competing offers were also submitted by Budimex (PLN 71.04 million) and Strabag (PLN 79.68 million).
