Budimex is going to build apartment complex

Asbud has entrusted Budimex with a contract worth 158.4 million PLN net concerning the general contracting of the "Central Garden Apartments" complex, in the area of Kłopot, Pamiętajcie o Ogrodach and Słomińskiego streets, near the Arkadia shopping center in Warsaw. The entire investment is going to consist of the construction of a total of 1,106 apartment units in five buildings, including four with a height of 9 stories and one 16-story building. The first stage, which is scheduled to be completed in mid-2021, is going to result in the construction of 511 units with areas ranging from approx. 31 to almost 105 sqm - 233 in Building A and 278 in Building B. The project of the complex was prepared by FS&P Arcus (Fajans, Ścisło i Partnerzy Arcus). According to our findings from June 2016, the investment is going to be conducted on an approx. 6-ha lot purchased from Balmoral Properties. ■
