Budimex is going to build condohotel in Polańczyk-Zdrój

FSR (Stable Development Fund) has informed that Budimex is going to serve as general contractor of the Sun & Snow Resorts - Solina complex in Polańczyk Zdrój on the Solińskie Lake (Podkarpackie Province). The enterprise is going to consist of the construction of an outlet with a usable area of over 5,000 sqm, with 250 apartments, a marina, a SPA center, a restaurant, a fitness center and a swimming pool complex. Let us recall that the investment had initially been planned to be conducted in collaboration with Warbud. The project of the enterprise was prepared by the Czora & Czora workshop. ■
