Budimex is going to build performance hall in Pszczyna

Budimex has won a tender procedure, issued by the Pszczyna Town (Śląskie Province), concerning the general contracting of a performance hall with sports-recreation functions for the Pszczyna Cultural Center at the intersection of Bielska and Władysława Jagiełły streets. The value of the contract has been established at 40.6 million PLN gross. The enterprise, designed by Kozień Architekci, is to entail the construction of a building with a net area of 2,400 sqm. The investment is to be finalized by the end of the 1st quarter of 2023. Let us recall that, as we reported in PREM 1075, the lowest price (32.5 million PLN) has been offered by NDI, but the decision has been changed after reevaluation. ■
