Budimex is going to build rehabilitation center in Świnoujście

The offer (25.1 million PLN) submitted by Budimex has been chosen by Uzdrowisko Świnoujście in a tender procedure concerning the construction of a rehabilitation center on Sienkiewicza Street in Świnoujście (Zachodniopomorskie Province). The center, meeting the standards of a 3-star hotel, with a total area of 5,500 sqm and a cubature of 16,500 meters³, is going to be carried out on the basis of a design prepared by the Graphis workshop. The order is scheduled to be completed within 16 months. Another bidder in the tender was Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane Ciroko (29.8 million PLN). ■
