Budimex is going to expand for over 40 million PLN a voivodeship hospital in Rzeszów

The F. Chopin Clinical Voivodeship Hospital no. 1 (KSW no. 1) in Rzeszów has chosen the offer submitted by Budimex, with the price of 40.4 million PLN gross, concerning the extension of the Hematology, Nephrology and Dialysis Treatment Clinic on Naruszewicza Street. The other candidates for the contract were: Erbud (37.8 million PLN), Karpat-Bud (40 million PLN), and Arco General Contractor Polska (48.6 million PLN). Aside from the price, the tender score system also took into account the warranty period and the contract delivery date. The works, concerning a building with usable area of 1,700 sqm and a cubature of 8,000 meters3, are to be finalized by the end of June 2020. Documentation of the investment has been prepared by the A Projekt workshop from Jelenia Góra. ■
