Budimex offered to build PSE headquarters

Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne (PSE) is choosing contractor for their new headquarters on Anny Walentynowicz Street in Radom. The candidates for the contract are: Budimex (479.3 million PLN gross), Strabag/Ed. Züblin (527.6 million PLN), and PORR/Fast Group (572.1 million PLN), against the planned budget of 253 million PLN. The investment is going to entail the construction of a complex with a total area of 12,200 sqm and a cubature of 65,800 meters³, divided into office, operator, and technology zones. The works, based on a design by AFP Architekci, are to be finalized within 24 months. ■
