Budimex wants to extend Opera Nova

Opera Nova announced that Budimex has offered the lowest price (116.7 million PLN, against the planned budget of 125.3 million PLN) for the extension of the cultural complex on Focha Street in Bydgoszcz. The so-called fourth circle will comprise construction of a building with usable area of over 5,700 sqm and a cubature of 37,300 meters3. Design of the investment has been developed by Warsztat Architektury Pracownia Autorska Krzysztofa Kozłowskiego, and the role of contract engineer has been entrusted to the consortium of B-Act and Ekocentrum. The order is to be carried out over the period of 28 months (2 years and 4 months). The other bidders in the procedure are: Alstal Grupa Budowlana (122.7 million PLN) and Erbud with Ebud (158.3 million PLN). ■
