Budimex wants to modernize sports complex with area of 8,000 sqm in Szczecin

Budimex has offered the lowest price (108.8 million PLN gross) in the tender procedure, issued by Szczecińskie Inwestycje Miejskie (Szczecin Municipal Investments), concerning the "design and build" redevelopment of swimming pool and a sports-performance hall at the "Szczeciński Dom Sportu" sports complex on 16 Wąska Street in Szczecin. The enterprise will entail the modernization of a complex, including a two-story swimming pool with usable area of approx. 2,000 sqm and a four-story sports hall (6,000 sqm). The order is to be carried out over the period of 36 months (3 years). The other bidders in the procedure were: Mirbud (109.5 million PLN), Mostostal Warszawa (116.3 million PLN), and Konsorcjum Budowlane Doraco (122.8 million PLN). ■
