Budimex will build Waterfront 2 complex in Gdynia

Budimex signed a contract with Vastint Poland concerning the contracting of office-service and residential buildings at the Waterfront 2 complex at the intersection of Waszyngtona and Hryniewickiego streets in Gdynia. The value of the works, scheduled to be finalized by May 23, 2023, has been established at approx. 190 million PLN net. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of two buildings (area of 14,500 sqm) and two residential buildings (126 flats). Let us recall that in October 2016, we reported that JEMS Architekci had been entrusted with the development of design guidelines for the 2nd stage of the complex with an area of approx. 75,000 sqm in Gdynia. The general contractor of the first part, comprising an office building (11,500 sqm) and a 4-star Marriott hotel with approx. 200 rooms (7,000 sqm), was PORR, and the design was prepared by Przedsiębiorstwo Projektowo-Wdrożeniowe "Fort". ■
