Budimex will carry out office building in Poznań

Giant has entrusted Budimex with the general contractorship of the "Giant Office" building in Poznań. The investment on Głogowska Street will entail the construction of an office building with a total area of over 30,400 sqm (lease area of approx. 17,800 sqm). We have reported in PREM that the design has been prepared by the CDF Architekci workshop, and the engineering firm MDR was also collaborating on preparations for the investment. ■
