Budomal is planning construction of residential complex with 400 flats in Łódź

The councilors of Łódź have issued a permit to Budomal Estate, as per the so-called lex deweloper act, for the construction of a residential complex on the former property of the SM "Bawełna" housing cooperative on 2/30 Mechaniczna Street in the Widzew district of Łódź, in the area of the intersection of Przybyszewskiego and Lodowa streets. The plans concern construction of five multi-family buildings with the height of between four and seven stories. The complex is going to comprise up to 406 flats, service-shopping premises on the ground floor, and above-ground and underground parking lots. The investment is to be divided into two stages. ■
