Budownictwo Kamiński is building shopping center with area of over 14,000 sqm in Bytom for Saller Group

Budownictwo Kamiński has commenced works on the construction of a shopping-service center on Chorzowska Street in Bytom (Śląskie Province) for Saller Group. Let us recall that last year in April, we reported that the investor was conducting preparations for the construction of a building with an area of 5,500 sqm and the redevelopment of the former Tesco superstore, as well as decreasing its area from 12,000 sqm down to 8,800 sqm. The developer's architectural partner is Biuro Projektów i Obsługi Inwestycji Atlant. ■
