Budrem is going to build OBI shopping center

Zakład Remontowo-Budowlany Budrem is the general contractor of a shopping-service center, which Transg RMDK is building in Mysiadło in Lesznowola commune near Warsaw. The tenant of the center with an area of 12,000 sqm is going to be the OBI chain. The works should be finalized in the 2nd quarter of 2022. Let us recall that this year in September, we reported that Transg RMDK had obtained a construction permit for two buildings with a total area of approx. 15,000 sqm and a cubature of 121,000 meters³. The architectural partners during the investment, which is being carried out on 2.6 ha of land, included KAM-Architekci and MŁ Structures. According to court registry, Transg RMDK's shareholders included PPPI (formerly Por Property Investment) and ADV Investment. ■
