Budrem has commenced construction of Multibox shopping center in Szamotuły

ZRB Budrem has commenced works on the construction of the Multibox shopping center on Dworcowa Street in Szamotuły (Wielkopolskie Province). The company has obtained permission for the construction of an outlet with a cubature of approx. 15,000 meters³. Let us recall that the complex is going to have a total lease area of approx. 5,000 sqm. Mallson Polska is dealing with commercialization, while the architectural assumptions were prepared by Studio MTS. ■
