Budrem-Rybak wants to build educational complex in Gdynia

The authorities of Gdynia have received a bid submitted by Budrem Rybak, worth 69.7 mln PLN gross, in the tender procedure for the construction of an educational complex along with sports fields and infrastructure in the district of Chwarzno-Wiczlino, in the area of Wiczlińska and Filipkowskiego streets. The investment is going to consist of the construction of a 2-story 8-classroom preschool building, with a usable area of 1,400 sqm and a cubature of 7,800 meters³, to be used by 200 children, and a 26-classroom school for 650 students, with a sports section (7,900 sqm; 49,200 meters³). The investment is scheduled to be put to use by June 30 of next year. ■
