Budrem will build retail park in Bolesławiec

ZRB Budrem construction-renovation plant has been chosen as the contractor of the "Stary Dworzec" retail park, which Antan Development is going to build at the junction of B. Chrobrego, Hutnicza and Staroszkolna streets in Bolesławiec (Dolnośląskie Province). An outlet with a usable area of approx. 5,000 sqm is planned on a property with an area of approx. 1.4 ha. In October of last year, we informed about Antan Development's dependent company obtaining permission for the construction of the complex with a cubature of almost 30,000 meters3. Maciej Kowaluk (PA 3XA) has been entrusted with the design. ■
