Budrem will build retail park in Śrem

Budrem is conducting the first works on the construction of a retail-service center, which Grupa Saller is going to build in the area of Zamenhoffa and Przemysłowa in Śrem (Wielkopolskie Province), near the Lidl supermarket. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a complex of buildings with a total area of approx. 7,000 sqm. Let us recall that the investment was prepared by Koncept WS in collaboration with Scallier (commercialization) and MODO architektura (design works). ■
