Arche is going to build hotel complex with area of 17,000 sqm in Nałęczów according to design by Bulak

Bulak Projekt, in collaboration with the investor's in-house architects, is preparing guidelines for a hotel complex, which Grupa Arche is going to build on Spółdzielcza Street in Nałęczów (Lubelskie Province). The enterprise is going to entail repurposing the unfinished MSW health resort into the "Arche Hotel Nałęczów" complex with an area of approx. 17,000 sqm, with rooms to be sold in the "Arche System", where an individual investor is the owner of a unit in a hotel managed by Arche, and profit from the entire working area of the hotel (aside from hotel stays, also from restaurants, conference rooms, spa). The enterprise will be carried out without a general contractor.

Let us recall that last year in December, we reported that Arche won an auction, issued by the Military Property Agency (AMW), concerning the purchase of a property with an area of 3.1 ha, with a building with usable area of approx. 20,000 sqm and a cubature of 68,000 meters³. ■
