Bulak Projekt is preparing construction of shopping center

Napollo group has applied for a construction permit for the N-Park shopping center in the Orunia Górna district of Gdańsk, on lots with a total area of 0.6 ha, located in the vicinity of Małomiejska and Kadmowa streets. The investment, which is being designed by Bulak Projekt, is going to entail construction of a two-story building with a lease area of 3,700 sqm and a cubature of 26,300 meters³, with grocery, beauty supplies, clothing and household electronics stores, with an additional parking lot for 90 cars. The complex is scheduled to open in 2020. ■
