Bremer will build BWI office complex with area of 11,000 sqm in Kraków for 7R and In Site RE

Bremer is going to be the general contractor of an office-research complex for BWI Group, which 7R and In Site Real Estate are going to build on Medweckiego Street in Kraków in the build-to-suit system. The complex with an area of 11,000 sqm, including 5,000 sqm of office space and 6,000 sqm of laboratories, is going to be built in the vicinity of the Balice airport and Hilton Kraków Airport hotel. The works should be finalized by the end of this year. ■
