By Made is planning construction of apart-hotel with 130 rooms in Wrocław

By Made Company is planning construction of an apart-hotel at 60c Legnicka Street in the Popowice district of Wrocław. The 8-story building is going to have 129 micro-apartments for lease, sized 13-30 sqm each. Documentation of the investment has been prepared by AP Szczepaniak. The investment is to be finalized in the 1st half of 2022. Let us recall that originally, the lot was going to be used for the construction of the Legnicka Business Navigator office building. ■
