Carrefour will expand by over 2,000 sqm the shopping mall in Biała Podlaska

Carrefour Polska is conducting a tender procedure for the general contracting of the shopping center on Jana III Sobieskiego Street in Biała Podlaska (Lubelskie Province). The tender procedure is scheduled to be solved and construction works are going to begin at the turn of the third and fourth quarters of this year. The investment, designed by the Tremend workshop, is going to consist of increasing the existing sales area (approx. 5,100 sqm) by 2,100 sqm, including over 1,400 sqm to be used as a retail passage and almost 700 sqm – as a Carrefour superstore. The investment is scheduled to be completed early next year. ■
