Cavatina is planning construction of multi-functional complex

According to PREM's unofficial findings, Cavatina is finalizing the purchase of the Belg shopping center on Przemysłowa Street in Katowice. The complex is located on a property with an area of 1.8 ha. At this stage, the investor is not revealing any information on the planned project. The details are to be announced in the 1st quarter of next year. ■
