
In January, Equal III, subsidiary of Cavatina Holding, applied for permits for the development of a property in the area of Graniczna and Przemysłowa streets in Katowice. The enterprise, which we initially mentioned last year in November, is going to entail the demolishing of the CH Belg shopping center and construction of a two-segment complex with a total area of approx. 44,000 sqm. The investment concerns the office-service building A (five above-ground stories, usable area of 21,000 sqm) and residential building B (five stories, 220 flats, total area of 9,500 sqm). The complex will also include a parking garage with usable area of 13,500 sqm, with spaces for 520 vehicles. Design works are being carried out by the investor's in-house architectural office (Jan Nagel).
