CBRE GWS will redevelop "Nowy Fort Wola"

CBRE GWS will redevelop "Nowy Fort Wola" shopping center in Warsaw for Mayland RE. Mayland RE has entrusted CBRE GWS with the contractorship of modernization of the "Nowy Fort Wola" shopping center (formerly Fort Wola) with a lease area of 23,000 sqm on Połczyńska Street in Warsaw. The main grocery tenant is going to be Kaufland, taking up approx. 3,000 sqm. The outlet is also going to be adapted for the purposes of an extended offer of household items, service and fashion stores. The investor is planning to open the center this year in December. ■
