Ceetrus and Apsys form a joint venture for "Wilanów Park"

Ceetrus and Apsys have established a joint venture, with its first objective being the development of the "Wilanów Park" shopping and entertainment center in the Wilanów district of Warsaw, at the intersection of Przyczółkowa, Uprawna, Aleja Rzeczpospolitej, and Karuzela streets. The project, spanning over 7 hectares, will include a retail and entertainment complex with a leasable area of 50,000 m², featuring 166 commercial, entertainment, and service premises, as well as a park covering approximately 2.2 hectares. The completion of the investment is scheduled for 2018. As previously reported, the project design has been entrusted to the consortium of BEG Ingenierie Polska and MTDI Group.
